Harrisburg Stampede is looking for bright motivated, entrepreneurial business development professionals for full-time and part-time opportunities in the Central Pennsylvania market.

Successful candidates will be self starters, experienced in B2B sales and/or client services regionally. This position requires a dynamic, proactive individual capable of identifying opportunities to market the Harrisburg Stampede, promote and sell corporate sponsorships. 

As an Account Executive you are responsible for performing all essential ramp up activities related to sales and account management which include but are not limited to:

• Implement client acquisition strategy for marketing and securing corporate sponsorships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Harrisburg Stampede's various sponsorship programs
• Create a compelling value proposition for sponsorship purchase
• Create and deliver presentations, proposals and sales pitches
• Provide monthly action plans and report progress against goals
• Build and foster beneficial relationships with new and existing clients and business partners
• Attend networking events to promote Harrisburg Stampede in Central PA business community

Required Education/Experience

• BS/BS in business related field and/or minimum 2-3 years progressive sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong independent work ethic and accountability
• Effective organization, time management and planning skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
